To order products from our site, you need to sign up with a desired username related to the email address you have provided.
With the password you have chosen to access the client account, you can see all your entered information as well as the orders made so far. You can enter new data, change and view the data already entered, modify your access password, and check your order status. Personal information you give during the registration is needed for the purposes of ordering, shipment and services provided by the online store. It will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
After you enter your username and password, you will gain access to the order form on the site. There you choose the type and quantity of the product(s) you want to buy. Before confirming your order, you have to make sure that your shipment details are correct; otherwise, we will not be able to supply your order. All product prices are in Bulgarian leva (BGN) and include VAT. Prices shown on the site refer to a single item of the product and do not include the cost of shipment to the client. The shipment cost is payable by the customer and automatically calculated on order submission. By pressing the “Confirm” button at checkout, you confirm that you have written the current Terms and Conditions and you agree with them. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a message to verify the email address you have provided, or will contact you by phone.
We offer the option of payment by cash on delivery. You pay to the courier the amount of the products you ordered plus their shipment cost. Another payment method we offer is by “Easy Pay” credit card. Order payments to Affect Ltd. are not made in advance. Before the expiry of the 7 workday period, during which you can return the ordered products, the amount you paid is considered a deposit payment in accordance with article 93 of the Law on Obligations and Contracts. Orders are shipped by Speedy Courier Company either to the recipient’s address, or to the company office chosen by the recipient at particular location. If we don’t provide a courier service to your location, your order will be shipped at the nearest post office. It will be dispatched no later than the next workday. If for any reason shipping takes more than 24 hours, we will contact you on the phone number you provided.
Refusal of Contract
Under the terms of article 55 of the Law on Obligations and Contracts, within a period of 7 days from the date of product receipt you have the right to refuse the contract without obligation to pay any compensation or penalty nor to give a reason for your choice. In this case you can return us the product you have received and we will refund its cost to you. You can only use this option if the product’s good commercial shape and original labeling are preserved, it has not been used and remained in its original package. You must cover the product return cost.
If you find a deficiency, product defects, non-compliance with the size or trademark stated, you have the right to file a complaint as per the Law on Consumer Protection provisions. When bringing a complaint, you can require a refund of the amount you paid, replacement of the product with a different one (matching the agreed product’s price) or a rebate. When you make a complaint, you also need to provide the documents it is based on: an evidence of the price you paid; protocols, records or other documents which prove the non-compliance of a product or service with the agreed ones; other documents which determine the complaint reasons and amount.
