Domestic Shipping Policy
- Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
www.affectbg.com does not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Customs, Duties and Taxes
www.affectbg.com will handle any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is our responsibility (tariffs, taxes, customs, etc.).
- Damages
www.affectbg.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide.
The Delivery price is fixed and will be charged directly to you after the ordering process on the checkout.
Transit Time*
1-2 workdays
*Transit time is the time required by the courier to deliver your order after we provide it to the delivery company.
Delivery Attempts
There will be up to two attempts made to deliver the package to your address. If no one is present to receive the package, it will be stored in the nearest office ready to be picked up within the next 5 workdays.
For countries that are not in the Europe Union There’re additional customs taxes of 10 € on packages over 40 Euro that are included in the delivery price. The customer is free of responsibility for any customs documents or taxes.
Express-Delivery costs by weight:
**Price will rise corresponding to weight and volume: With airfreight, an important factor apart from weight is also the dimensions of a package, which means that large packages will be classed at a higher weight.
