Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days . Orders are NOT delivered on weekends or holidays. We can deliver on Saturdays upon request and prior arrangement.

For larger orders, delivery may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or phone number you provided.

Shipping cost

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We send shipments with a courier company. Speedy.

The cost of delivery to an office or address is calculated based on the rate of the courier company Speedy and will be calculated and displayed before you complete your order.

Shipping is free for orders over 69 BGN.

All orders sent with the courier company SPEEDY are marked with a “Review before payment” option. If the shipment is refused, the customer bears the shipping costs for returning the shipment charged by the courier company.

We also offer free delivery to BOX NOW ATMs. Payment with them is made in advance by bank card. Delivery with them is slower than with Speedy, 4-5 days.

RETURN OF GOODS

You may return the product within 14 days from the date of shipment. Shipping costs for return and exchange are at the customer's expense.

For a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. For replacement, please send an email to onlinestore@affectbg.com or contact us on GSM: 0886001018 and provide your order number and the name of the item you wish to replace.
  2. To return products, please fill out the return form. HERE and send it with the shipment.
  3. Send us the product by courier to: Sliven, Stefan Karadzha Blvd. 38 G, for Affect (or office number 481 of Speedy)
  4. If you paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the card you paid with.
  5. First order discount

10% discount on first order

  1. Subscribe to our newsletter and receive a 10% discount.
  2. After subscribing, you will receive an email with information about agreeing to our privacy policy.
  3. Once you confirm, we will send you a 10% discount code.
  4. The discount applies to non-discounted products.

Compensation

www.affectbg.com is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
