Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are NOT shipped on weekends or holidays. We can deliver on Saturdays upon customer request and prior arrangement.

During periods of high order volume, delivery may be delayed by a few days. In the event of a significant delay in your order delivery, we will contact you via the email or phone number you provided.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We ship packages via the courier company Speedy.

The cost of delivery to an office or address is calculated according to the courier company Speedy's tariff, and it will be calculated and displayed before you complete your order.

Shipping is free for orders over 35.28 Euros.

All orders sent via the courier company SPEEDY include "Inspection before payment." If the package is refused, the customer covers the return shipping costs charged by the courier company.

We also offer free delivery to BOX NOW lockers. Payment for these must be made in advance by bank card. Delivery via these is slower than with Speedy, taking 4-5 days.

RETURN OF GOODS

You may return a product within 14 days from the date of dispatch. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are borne by the customer. If the return or exchange package is sent at our expense, the cost of the shipping service will be deducted from the refund amount.

For returns or exchanges, please follow these steps:

  1. For exchanges, please send an email to onlinestore@affectbg.com or contact us at GSM: 0886001018 and specify your order number and the name of the item you wish to exchange.
  2. To return products, please fill out the return form HERE and include it with the shipment.
  3. Send the product to us via courier at: Sliven, 38 G Stefan Karadzha Blvd., for Affect (or Speedy office number 481).
  4. If you paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the card you used for payment.
  5. First order discount

10% discount on your first order

  1. Subscribe to our newsletter and receive a 10% discount.
  2. After subscribing, you will receive an email with information about consenting to our privacy policy.
  3. Once you confirm, we will send you a 10% discount code.
  4. The discount applies to non-discounted products.

Compensation

www.affectbg.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
