How to Shop
Making an order with Affect is very simple.
1. Check the online categories; you will find a complete list of the products in the corresponding category.
2. Select the product and size you need (we recommend verifying your size, if you are not familiar with ours) and then choose a quantity.
3. Click on the “Add to cart” button and then the product you have chosen will be added to your shopping cart. You can access your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the “Shopping cart” link at the top of any page on the site. You can also make changes to your cart by modifying the quantity and removing items. After you are done making changes, click on “Update your order”. From here, you can move on by pressing the “Continue” button (this will take you back to the online shop) or the “Continue ordering” button where you will be prompted to enter contact, shipping and payment information.
4. If this is your first time ordering on the site, you will have to sign up and provide some data about yourself.
5. Your order will appear in your shopping cart and you will need to enter your shipping address.
6. Payment – When you enter the checkout stage, you will be asked to create a payment method. It can be any of the following: Visa credit card or Cash on delivery.
Please carefully check the accuracy of all information you have provided. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for incorrect information. When you are done, press the “Continue to payment” button to make a payment of your order. If you encounter any problems when following these steps, please contact us.
Complaints and replacement.
Your satisfaction is also our satisfaction! Our goal is to answer all customer demands. To provide excellent products which both you and we can be proud of. An essential part of this is our quick and useful customer oriented flexible policy on return and replacement. Please, note the following: All products are available in stock. If you ordered an item not in stock, you will be advised to wait until we send it to you as soon as it becomes available.
I have received defective / damaged item and would like to change it. What should I do?
We are very proud of fabrics, quality and workmanship we offer in each of the Affect Company’s products. However, if there is any manufacturing defect in clothing that you received, please contact us immediately. We will change it and send you a new one. When returning defective clothes we will refund your transportation costs.
You have chosen a wrong color / size / product you want to change it.
If you receive an Affect product but are not completely satisfied with its size, color, style, etc., we will change it. The product must be returned to us in its original condition (unworn, with all labeling and in good commercial shape) within 7 days of receiving the shipment. You are responsible for the product return cost.
Do you offer refund for exported products?
We provide refund for products with defects or damages. Products must be returned within 14 days in their original condition (unworn with all labels / plates).

How do I get my money back if I paid with a card?
In case the payment is made by bank card, refunds will be made by order of the inverse operation card which the payment is made within 7 days.
